has well equipped tool rooms to support ferrous and non-ferrous
metallic stamping and assembly operations. A well trained
staff and extensive experience of designing and manufacturing
more than 900 toolings is the key to Gatiman’s success
of consistently shortening product development cycles.
Gatiman has First Time Right policy for the tooling developed.
This is achieved by rigorous use of 2D and 3D modeling software
like AutoCAD,Solid Edge and Unigraphics. These softwares
are used early on, not only in design phase but also right
from the Part Price Quoting process. Judicious use of stamping
simulation software and rapid prototyping techniques further
support the tool design and manufacturing process. |
