	Possessing a broad array of equipment and capabilities, from 10 tons to 350 tons presses which are specially made as per our specifications to offer precision stampings. Gatiman has set high standards in stamping technologies. Mechanical and hydraulic presses of varied sizes are utilized to match the appropriate equipment to the product needs. Our manufacturings services are further augmented by CNC pipe bending machines offering closed formed metal components.
Our manufacturing locations are equipped with coil feeders and straightness, shearing machines, die loaders, which help us respond to our customer’s needs of stamped components in timely manner.

Utilizing facilities of a host of scondary operations like spot welding, arc welding, MIG Welding, TIG Welding, MIG Brazing etc. & orbital riveting etc., Gatiman has demonstrated capabilities in demanding, precision assemblies like mufflers, fuel tanks, lock assemblies. Customized process equipment, engineered gauges and electro-mechanical testing devices are used to ensure demanding product specifications are consistently met.

CNC and NC machines along with our skilled technicians are able to turn around quickly even the most challenging of machined components.With the state of art powder coating facility for heat resistant, epoxy & powder coating along with paint shop. Gatiman has successfully offered varied range of surface coating services to enhance product performance.
